Each meal offers a serving of Protein* , Veggie & Starch of the day and side Salad. Our food is Gluten Free.

There’s an unlimited supply of Vegetables to use on a daily basis. However, we will typically use a combination of several of the following:

Every meal will begin with 6-8 Oz. of one of the following choices: Grass-fed & Finished: Meat, Bison & Lamb Pasture raised: Chicken, Turkey & pork Wild-caught fish With the occasional treats such as: Beef, lamb & pork livers & Marrows & other organ meats when available.
